a bunch of ramblings or just postings of sketches

take some vintage photos, a dash of found objects, entire family history, mull it over, worry about how it might be perceived, procrastinate some more and ta-da!

what began as an infected thumb on my dominant hand has turned me into a less frustrated artist (not better art though)

using found objects and model train figures to purge out thoughts and ideas that's been cooped up in my head for years... or a few minutes.

requires patience, perseverance, and practice.... all of which I lack. See me struggle here.

I’m not sure for what instances these joints are used, but I made one anyway. It’s called bird’s mouth joint. We started this on Sept 27, but I’m the slowest person in class. So I just finished it tonight.

I wish I had a waterproof sketchbook and waterproof pen so that when I go swimming, I can sketch what I see under and above water. So here are two little sketches just done by memory.
