a bunch of ramblings or just postings of sketches

take some vintage photos, a dash of found objects, entire family history, mull it over, worry about how it might be perceived, procrastinate some more and ta-da!

what began as an infected thumb on my dominant hand has turned me into a less frustrated artist (not better art though)

using found objects and model train figures to purge out thoughts and ideas that's been cooped up in my head for years... or a few minutes.

requires patience, perseverance, and practice.... all of which I lack. See me struggle here.

I had a phone call conference with my artist support group which is just an amazing and supportive group. Without them, there would be no blog, i guarantee you that. We talked about saying no to something in order to say yes to something else. It is a crucial skill…

I haven’t been able to sleep at a decent time recently. I’ve been going to bed around 3 am. I also happen to like owls. I think they sleep later though.
