a bunch of ramblings or just postings of sketches

take some vintage photos, a dash of found objects, entire family history, mull it over, worry about how it might be perceived, procrastinate some more and ta-da!

what began as an infected thumb on my dominant hand has turned me into a less frustrated artist (not better art though)

using found objects and model train figures to purge out thoughts and ideas that's been cooped up in my head for years... or a few minutes.

requires patience, perseverance, and practice.... all of which I lack. See me struggle here.

Did I skip a day or two? More like 8 days! But who’s counting. Certainly not you. I was working on getting 20 dioramas done by December 31 for a show in February. And I did it! I finished making 20 dioramas and I spent a lot of time looking…

I’m continuing my inconsistency here. I skipped another day. The holidays are certainly keeping me busy and distracted. But I managed to come hang out with my painting buddies. I hardly paint now. I mostly just go there to enjoy the company, eat snacks and maybe do a sketch or…
