The painting is progressing slowly. The face and the hands will be the toughest part, and I’m hoping painting them upside down will help me become less discouraged and keep at it. I’ve had to draw more grids to the face to make it easier. Otherwise, it will be even more gnarly than it already is now. The upside: her gout has slightly gone down.
