Ok, I’m totally procrastinating cleaning my beautifully messy room. But this morning, I joined a friend to attend a workshop called Best Brain where they “cover ten great ways to change your brain for the better– for more joy, more fulfilling relationships and more peace of mind and heart.” I needed it. And I got to do a few drawings! bonus!
